Cailin got lots of attention from the girls. Everyone wanted to hold "the baby"!

Chocolate Heaven

Ariel absolutely loves chocolate. The funny thing is, she never stops and enjoys it. As soon as she gets a piece of cake or candy, she will woof it down in the blink of an eye. She doesn't even realize her picture is being taken. Her full attention is on that cupcake!

Cailin and her Mumsil

Some of Ariel's friends from the gym came to her party. They were all just flipping around, showing off their gymnastic skills.

They were doing back flips here.

Cay-Lee Cay!!

Her hair was in a ponytail, but she has discovered it and now pulls them out. We arrived at the park and when I went to get her out of the carseat, she didn't have a ponytail any longer. So, I gathered the hair the best I could, (without the aid of a comb or brush) and attempted a braid!

No, don't eat the Grass!

Nothing can stop me now!

There was a time not long ago when if I didn't want her to have something, I would just push it under the couch. You can now see that time is gone!

She just loves standing on the couch. In fact, she will use you as a step stool, so that she can tug on the blinds.

About fifty time a day, I have to get her off the computer. She tries to reach it anyway she knows how: over the arm of the couch, on her tip-toes from the floor, and if it's in your lap- well, then it's just the perfect height for her!

Look who's walking Now!

It's so funny to see, because she walks with her hands in the air! This was a hard picture to get. I was scared she would fall if I walked to far away from her. But, as soon as I stood her up and backed away from her to try and take a picture, she would immediately start walking toward me. This is the reason for the one armed picture.

Cailin is 11 months old

I can't believe my baby is 11 months old! She started trying to walk about a month. She will use the table to stand and then just take off across the floor.
Her first words have been thank you. Of course they come out more like "taaank cuu". It is really funny to hear her say this because, she pronounces every syllable just as I say it to her.

This is the Spring concert, the last performance of the year. I was really impressed with how much progress she has made, especially since this was her first year playing the violin. Here she was plucking the strings but she used the bow for the majority of the songs. Good job, Ariel!
