Ariel must have awaken us up about12,000 times (just kidding but it was at least 6 times) from about 2am until we finally let her get up at 6am and open gifts. She likes to literally tear through all the gifts with no pause in between presents, until she has opened everything and then she goes back and actually takes in what she has gotten.
She really liked her ride toy.
She rode around the house carrying her bathtime Narney (Barney).
She only had about 3 wrapped gifts under the tree. She was not really interested in opening gifts, which is surprising since the few gifts that I had wrapped and place under the tree early, I couldn't stop her from unwrapping. She was biting the gifts and tearing the paper. I had to tell her 100 times/ day to get out from under that tree. Now that it is time for her to actually open gifts she was not that in to it!
As soon as it was light enough outside, they both went out to ride their new toys.
Cailin rode like a big girl. She pressed the button and held on tight.
But she could also be caught riding like this. She'd press the go button and turn around and be looking behind her.
